Our comprehensive database is professionally developed to encompass a large number of candidates of various expertise and disciplines. It is continuously updated to monitor career development and competencies using state-of-the art technology.

Our Process

    • Getting a written briefing from the Client by filling IMI's Request Form supported with the job description.

    • Any extra tests or assessment tools are available upon the client's request.

    • Agreeing with the client on the recruitment methodology to be used either by using the regular search in IMI database, placing an advertisement in the press or Head Hunting depending on the nature of the requested assignment.

    • Short listing candidates based on the criteria and qualifications specified by the client.

    • In case press advertisement is needed, IMI takes care of the logistics of designing and booking for the advertisement.

    • Sending the profiles of the recommended short listed candidates to the client in addition to their assessment reports upon the request of the client.

    • Screening applicants' resumes based on the specifications listed in the assignment request form.

    • Coordinating between the client and the candidates for scheduling interviews and giving feedback for both parties till the successful completion of the assignment.

    • Candidates' assessment by using different techniques including technical, behavioral and situational interviews.

    • Post hiring follow up: IMI team keeps following up with the client and the hired candidate to make sure both parties are satisfied or to handle any issues that might emerge during the first three months probation period if there is any.
